Read below for cancelation/booking/deposit policies:

*We require a booking fee for appointments and it is non refundable or transferable.
*There is a 10 minute late grace period, if you are not inside the spa for your service at appointment time or 10 minutes from your appointment time, your appointment will be automatically cancelled.
*No call/no shows may prevent you from booking with us and being serviced here in the future.
*Time is blocked off for each any service you book. Cancelling any services at your appointment counts as a last minute cancellation in which you forfeit your deposit and additional fees may apply.
*Please arrive at the time of your appointment and NOT earlier or later,
as appointment time is strictly blocked off and reserved for you.
*We require you to schedule appointments 24 hours in advance, in the event there is a last minute opening, deposit must be paid at the time of agreed booking, (no later than 30 minutes from contacting us) or you will need to contact us again to schedule a new time before sending deposit.
Rescheduling Policy
At Greenhill Beauty, we value both your time and ours. To ensure a smooth and fair experience for all clients, the following rescheduling policy is in place:
1. Notice Required:
• Clients may reschedule their appointment with a minimum of 48 hours notice before the original appointment time. Please note some appointments may be unable to be rescheduled including appointments that were booked at a discount.
2. Rescheduling Fee:
• A rescheduling fee equal to 50% of the appointment cost will apply for changes made within 48 hours of the appointment. This fee compensates for the short notice and impacts on scheduling. *Please note that this applies if we are able to schedule you, we may be unable to within short notice.
3. Same-Day Changes:
• Rescheduling is not permitted on the same day as the appointment. If you cannot attend, it will be considered a cancellation, and the cancellation policy will apply.
If an appointment is able to be rescheduled, it must be done within 30 days of original appointment date.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as this policy helps us manage our schedule effectively and provide the best service possible. Appointments may not be rescheduled more than once.
*Appointments are not confirmed without a deposit.
